If it were a real court case the Judge is going to laugh Pac out the court. Review the facts:

- Pac is asked during negotiations to submit to a LEGAL drug screening
- Pac counters by saying we'll do it the legal way as long as the NSAC (which has missed to this date four boxers who cheated) performs the test
- Arum then brings in 97 pages of ESB and other boxing websites forum (lol) and says, "look they are slandering my name"
- All the judge has to say is, "Well mr. pacman, why don't you just take the test?" Pac says "ng gont po salam gee mak doy" which means I've passed all urine test which don't test for BLOOD DISCOVERED PEDs so therefore I am innocent!!!

The judge then turns to FM Sr. he then say "kack non dat phil be ryte ness" which means that little mutha ___cka is cheatin...

He declares that whole trail a shenanigan and dismisses the case...

Bottom line is Pac won't take the damn needle....until he does I am skeptical.

Since GBP is insistent that Manny take the blood test, let's see if they ask the same blood test from Shane Mosley, a GBP boxer and KNOWN STEROID USER, when he fights Berto January 30. Let's just see.

Also, one of the most respected sports journalists in the Philippines, Ronnie Nathanielsz has come out and said Richard Schaeffer flat out told him in September that Manny was on PEDs.
