That's possible, but he would likely need a few more names to get top spot. That said, Floyd and Mosley both defeat him.

 

He was in most peoples eyes before this fight. Maybe not in terms of overall ability although he's very good given the right styles. His wins over kostya, Castillo, Urango, Collazo, Maussa, Mallignaggi, undisputed JWW champ and WW titlist gives him a good case....that and he's one of the most popular fighters of the decade. No one in the history of the sport could carry that many fans to travel accross the world.
