Manny's just too small against the big guys.

He wasn't skilled enough against the small guys at the time.

Erik Morales was NOT faster than Pac yet he beat him. Oscar had a better jab than Erik and is bigger and had more power. Pac at 140-147 is suspect because he hasn't fought a good, strong boxer in that division yet. Oscar in his prime was one of the best boxers in that class.

    Maybe Sandy Saddler.
As much as I think Roberto Duran is overrated I think he is better at 135 than Pacquiao is, and would beat him.

Pac beats Aaron Pryor for sure IMO.

He has a 50-50 chance vs Oscar, and a smaller chance vs Arguello.

He has no chance whatsoever vs SRR, SRL, Hearns, Armstrong, Duran, Whitaker and Saddler.

completely agree...BUT since pac was the smaller guy moving up it's supposed to even all those things out apparently. Still this is a solid post with only facts and no bias but people will still flame you for it and call you a *****. After all most *******s only started watching after pac beat DLH.

Morales has a better right hand than Oscar. He also has more mental toughness, better stamina, and more punch resistance pound for pound.

And Morales is a great fighter himself who caught Pacquiao moving up to 130 for the first time. Despite that and a nasty cut above Pac's eye caused by a headbutt before the halfpoint, he only won by 2 points on all cards. Once Pac was settled into the weight, he knocked Morales out.

Oscar's style is alot easier to handle for Pacquiao than Morales'. Oscar is left hand dominant fighter who struggled with southpaws and who gasses out late and who doesn't like to chase fighters down.
