Pacquiao vs. Pryor is a classic at 140lbs.

I would pick Pacquiao over Arguello at 135lbs or higher, but Arguello at 130lbs.

I would go with Oscar at 147lbs with Pacquiao having his best chances at 135lbs and 140lbs.

Leonard, Hearns, and Robinson would be huge favourites over Pacquiao.

Armstrong would be the favourite, as would Duran.

I would take Whitaker to outbox Pacquiao, but I could actually envisage Pacquiao pulling this one out in an exciting fight. If Whitaker mixes it up with Pacquiao, he gets dropped.

I'll take Pacquiao over Saddler.

 

I would say Pacquiao's best weights are 135-140lbs.
