No it's not. You're already a proof of how much damage the crackhead Mayweather's allegations are. We both know that Pacquiao accepted the random test as long as it has a 24 day cut off date.
IMO, Pacquiao should've taken the 14 day cut off date. And Mayweather should've accepted that the one doing the test would be the Nevada not some 3rd party that he hand picked himself.
