I'm old enough to have seen Arguello in his prime, so I know how great he is. The difference between now and then is there was no internet, therefore no boxing forum haters like yourself to point out meaningless trivia to discredit great fighters.

But, boxing fans like myself have always been there, always cheering for our favorite fighters, but at the same time giving respect to other boxers, as I've done here with Arguello (R.I.P.). Something you could learn from.

where did i disrespect pacquiao in my comments? facts are these, pacquiao IS a great fighter just not as good as a prime arguello. what do you want me to do, worship pacquiao like a god like you do? i'm going to say the truth and not do nuthuggery like you *******s! besides, didn't you already post that you thought arguello would beat pacquiao? then what's the problem? FYI, styles make fights and pacquiao would have gotten chopped down by the more accurate and better arguello.

When you went off topic about cherry picking. If that's your opinion, I respect that, but it was nowhere near the topic of this thread, which really shows major hate. I picked Pac to lose to Oscar and gave him a slight edge over Hatton, that's not ******* mentality. Topic of thread is who wins. My pick was Arguello, because at that weight he was already brilliant and a complete boxer, while Pac was too predictable and one-dimensional.
