PacD's predictions are usually accompanied with detailed analysis on how the fight with play out.

    yeah right :good

all i want to see this saturday is an action-packed fight which i think it will be. 2 aggressive & relentless fighters that are willing to give their all just to win.

gonna watch it at a bar with a couple of friends, and i think we are going to get drunk even before the actual fight of Pac and AM (Sunday morning here in the PI)

well, im a pacfan because of his abilities and success, but even more, i keep an objective view....

I thought it was just a cut & dry fight w/ Pacquiao massacring Margarito. But after watching HBO's 24/7 access, that really changed my opinion.

I think this may be Pacman's most dangerous fight to date, and may prove tougher than his JMM nemesis.

I strongly believe Margarito will give a very competitive fight -
*excellent new trainer, Robert Garcia - if margo has the ability to learn new tricks like Pacquiao has, this will be a key to prolonged success.

*he may be trained to use his reach FOR ONCE, instead of being a pressure brawler. He'll still be a pressure fighter, but use his range & footwork now and keep Manny stuck in No Man's Land

*SSM proved that the classic way of stopping Margo works, hit the tree trunk and it will bow and fall. Looked like his trainer was REALLY working his midsection hard. IF Margo isnt hurtable or fatigueable downstairs.... well, he's not really hurtable anywhere

*Margo has something to prove BIGTIME! This is a fight for redemption, to show he can win without "unknowingly" cheating (give me a break!). Great motivation to put in 110%, not that he doesnt give 100% in any other of his fights.... but he'll have EXTRA heart, i believe.

I put in all my vcash on Pacquiao KO'ing within 9, but this may go the distance....
Hosting this PPV at my place on the 73"er!

I see Pac's over hand right being the punch that gets Margo. He (margo) and his camp, keep talking about killing his speed by going to the body. Standard approach against a guy like Pac.

Where I see the problem here is Margo's height. Being that much taller than Pac, he will have to bend at the waist considerably to get to Pac's body or risk Pac absorbing the shot around his elbows if he keeps his usual guard.

When he bends to throw the body shot, he will telegraph it. I see Pac side stepping and throwing an over hand right the lands flush on the side of Margo's face.

    Down he goes.

yeah, thats the classic way of slowing down speed...
yeah, not sure if he's gonna have an easy time getting to Pac's body being so taller lol

if he's approaching in and body punching, he may suffer from a serious counter-uppercut, since he'll be leaning into his approach.

I see Manny's Lead Left to be the prominant punch - as a single shot or can-opener for combos, or as a counter. De la Hoya could NOT avoid his lead left. Margarito does NOT move his head either and traditionally takes a linear approach/stalk as a brawler. Like versus Hatton, expect a timed right hook or lead left to catch Margo coming in consistently, followed by a set counter burst. He'll counter burst and then slide and combo burst on angles...

Ladies and gentlemen, after seeing past the hype train called 24/7 i have come to the cionclusion that this is going to be a very exciting fight, whether it is going to be slightly competitive or a total beatdown remains to be seen.

What i do know is pacman will be the winner and wil impress as usual with his blinding speed and lateral movment, on the faded and weight drained margarito.

He will be dead at this weight all of the good bagwork etc seen in camp will be left in the gym and will have 2 competitive rounds before pac outhustles him maybe even knocking the weight drained lump out around round 10.

    lol.... ermm yeah!
dont think ive ever seen him throw overhand rights specifically as a power punch... only in total all-out brawl moments he does from time to time
