I honestly wonder about this one. Margarito's size, high punches output and durability may cause trouble to Pacquiao. The problem is: There is not reason for Manny to fight Antonio.

 

Pacquiao easy. If this was the Margarito before Mosley as in his chin isn't cracked and he still had his bricks I would pick Margarito, but I got Pacquiao easy. Same exact fight as the Mosley fight expect it probably ends a bit quicker.

Pac doesn't have Mosely's power. Margo will absorb everything Pac throws at him and will beat him down mentally and physically. It would be like the Cotto-Margo fight. Margarito is all wrong for Pacquiao.

you know as much as i wouldn't want to see cheaterito in the ring again, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS FIGHT HAPPEN, JUST TO SEE HIM GET BRUTALLY DESTROYED BY A MIDGET! Margarito will be VERY motivated to make a good showing and I do believe that his style presents some challenges for Pacquiao.

 

Yeah he doesn't have Mosley's length either. People are incorrectly using Pac's performance against Mosley as a model for how Pac will peform against Margarito...

a) Margarito won't be weight drained at 147 like DLH was.
b) Margarito, unlike DLH, is still in his relative prime.
c) Margarito is active enough and fit enough to throw nonstop punches for an entire fight which will keep Pacquiao from dictating the tempo of the fight like he has become accustomed to doing.
