emmanuel draws less than Floyd, good ol bobby at top rank still owes Floyd cash for past fights, and they insist on getting half the pot. It's time to accept that this fight won't happen.

 

I can't believe there is any negativity. Regardless of who your favourite fighter is, this is good for boxing. People arguing about Floyd are a bunch of ****ing idiots.

I was the only person in real life who ended up sitting out for this one.

 

I was thinking there'd be more people that boycotted this fight than what we got.

 

And for the record, Margarito has never had a PPV fight. This is his first one and it doubled the clottey numbers.

This is true. Only a few people actually went through it. I was even tempted to watch this fight, but reading the round by round threads was enough for me.

This 24/7 was the most watched ever according to HBO.

 

I went to Arizona to visit my brother and he ordered it.

Actually we went to a bar first and it was standing room only left, and still had 2 hours to go before it started so he said '**** it, let's get a pizza and i'll order it'

 

the mayweather-mosley fight? these were two well-known american boxers fighting in an american ppv event. that's why they did 1.4m. even dlh-floyd was the same thing, two very well-known americans with dlh being the golden boy of american boxing at that time.

better to compare them when floyd and pac fight non-american opponents. but still pac will always be at a disadvantage on an american ppv event since he is also non-american.
