    Pacquiao, a non-English speaker who goes up against a non-English speaker as a first language in Marquez DOES BETTER PPV numbers than Floyd who is American himself going up against an English speaker in Ortiz. :smoke

    I'm no *****, but if you said that about the live gate sales, I'd take it in an instant.

    Are you forgetting that Alvarez vs Gomez are on the same card and there is enough PPV sales potential there to put the buy rate much higher.

    Ortiz should do better numbers than the Pac-JMM fight, simply because of the stacked undercard he enjoys. In fact, if Ortiz doesn't do better, then we should consider the Mayweather-Ortiz PPV an abject failure.
