im thinking arum is pretty much draining pac cuz look ever since de la hoya pac has been continously fighthing and fighting and fighting i think he just getting exhausted..... everytime pac gets done wit a fight dat old **** arum has a fight set up da next day and eventually dat might be overhelming for pac i mean if u think bout it he really dont have time off and i think he needs a lil bit of time off to let his body recover but yes also still hit da gym just so he can still keep up wit his hand speed and conditioning just like floyd when takes his time off........i just honestly think pac need some time off for himself cuz dat old ******* is really fighting and draining da hell out of pac

Most certainly...I thought he should have tookk time off awhile ago. One because he fights twice a year at a high level and that can be intense on the body and he's been boxing since he was a kid that day in and day out a long with all of the other things he has going on. Secondly I never wanted him needing a vacation to be a reason he and Floyd don't fight...I agree with Floyd wanting to take breaks and vacations but at this point Manny needs one every fighter at this level does.

Definitely. When my socks bother me I take a couple weeks off from any physical activity.

Dudes in the 50's were built different our current version of humanity is by far the most watered down and weakest...athletically more gifted and physically built more "superb"...but the drive those guys had was for different reasons the boxers of today aren't as hungry and have many options I also don't think the fighters during the 50's trained as hard on conditioning back then wither you had it or you didn't they focused more on the craft and blueprint for some of the greats today

In all seriousness, dude has taken some tough fights and trains like a monster. He deserves a break.

    What?

After the Mosley fight ( where manny sustained little damage ), he had about 6 months before entering the ring again to fight Marquez.

It was 6 months before Mosley that he fought Margo where one well placed body shot did really hurt Manny. Before Margo, he had a good 8 months to recover from the Clottey fight. He took minimal damage in that one, Manny was never shook. before that 4 months, before that, 6 months....

He gets plenty of time to recover between fights.
Since 2004 he's only been fight twice a year with the exception of 2006 and 2008 where he fought three times. He gets plenty of rest and recovery time!

It's Manny's choice whether he wants to make 10-20 million every 6 mths. Arum works for Manny...remember? :think
