    Bob Arum.

I don't know how many of you have ever argued with a lawyer, but it's about the most frustrating thing you could ever possibly do.

Manny may very well want Floyd next, but for those of you who are saying, "Well, why can't Manny FORCE Bob to make the Floyd fight?" -can you imagine what Manny, who is only marginally conversant in English, is up against?

Pacquiao: "Ahhhh Bob, I want to ahhhhh fight ahhhh Floyd next"

Arum: *endless legalese about contract clauses, partnerships, investor groups, resource coordination and timelines for making it all happen* You're a smart guy, Manny and I wouldn't lie to you. Do you understand what I mean, Manny?

    Pacquiao: "Ahh yes...ahhh I think so...but..ahhh..."

Arum: "Don't let those bums in the media pressure you into agreeing to this fight for any less money than a legend of your stature is worth. They don't have your best interests at heart like I do. They just want to see a fight, even if it means you'll make $30 million less. I mean, what do they know about *more endless legalese about corporate sponsorships and Nevada building licenses and code approvals*? Do you think some message board jerks or ESPN journalists have any idea how long it takes to line those things up for an HISTORIC fight? I promise you Manny, if you just wait another six months, it will be worth tens of millions more to you. Do you know how many people you can help with that extra money? Do you see what I'm saying, Manny?"

At that point, Pacquiao, caught between loyalty to Bob and confusion over the fast-paced English and confusing legal jargon will simply nod and say, "Do what's best for me".

"See, I knew you would agree, because you're a smart guy and that's why you're going to be President one day. OK Mr. President, I think Marquez would be a great choice because..."

This guy stands no chance against Bob. And Bob knows it.

So either Pac does have a say in who he fights but is ducking Floyd, or Pac is Arum's ***** and doesn't have a say...

Pac can go **** himself either way.
