Pacman- finish Floyd in less than 4 rounds Mayweather- get past the first 4 rounds Floyd can not afford to come out and trade like he did with mosely and ortiz. He must get onhis bike to frustrate Pacman.:deal Pacman must get his punches on Floyd early or its a frustrating lesson in potshotting on the run from the 56 and 0 guy :hey
Pacquiao - PROTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES Blind him with the right, land with the left Stay at a mid range Mayweather - Time Pacquiao's left Land that right hand Stay close to Pacquiao, or keep him at the end of your punches
Mayweather fight off the backfoot let pac rush in counter.Pac starts to take a beating, floyd walks him down maybe a tko involved who knows.I see it as a tko or ud for floyd. As someone posted earlier floyd=bigger version of marquez
I think im more confident than mayweather in thinking that mayweather will make easy work of pac.Hes there to be countered.
Truth is, Manny fans will swear blind that he wins. And Mayweather vice versa. However, I'd bet that most neutrals would back Floyd heavily. He's bigger, stronger, fresher, and better. Manny's been plain average in his last 2 fights if you ask me. He's looked sluggish, and has taken numerous rounds off, as he's just not been fit enough to fight 12 hard rounds. Floyd's humiliated the last 3 guys he's faced, without breaking sweat. Truth is, styles make fights. Manny's got a history looking plain average against counter punchers. Mayweathers got a history dominating brawlers If Manny can't look good against Josh Clottey, and is barely landing a shot of note, he's probably going to get plain dominated by Mayweather
Sorry, I don't even see Pacquiao giving mayweather that tough a fight at 147. Floyd's too good on the outside, and inside. He'd dominate both aspects. And there's not much more left after that
Manny's problem is that Mayweather's not only as good as him on the inside, he's probably a bit better. And Manny's nowhere near Mayweather's class on the outside.
Mayweather: In traning camp he needs Roger to do the mitts in on southpaw stance to get his reflexes right Ortiz touched him with punches that he had no business taking, force a slow pace fight a boring fight, and just play it safe Pacquiao: Just punch nonstop I don't think Floyd has the real love for the sport to take a bad asskicking anymore those days ended a long time ago and practice slipping that counter right hand nonstop
ok mrs wonderiffloydwilldateme:nut what i was alluding to was it is plain to see that Floyd starts all his fights badly compared to after he has done 4 or so rounds. Im not in love with Floyd so forgive me if i hurt your lil ol lovefest for Floyd. Pacman needs to finish this fight early is what im saying. How? by pressuring Floyd in order to land his punches. You know what punches rae dont you? Does it matter which punches they are? or shall i name every single punch in precise order so that you dont feel im going on faith alone this time sweetheart???atsch If pacman allows this fight to start slowly then its all over for him. I respect Floyd abilities and knowhe can most likely deal with what pac brings to the table, but can, or will he,get into a posistion that allows him to dominate?? The first 4 rounds will govern the whole fight. If Floyd takes a beating,I wonder if he can gather himself? Mrs wonderlove thinks it wouldbe a boring fight due to Floysd being better on the inside and outside. So tell me something sweety........do you think Floys is better in the first half of a fight or does he get better in the second half?....and dont make me sick by saying hes wonderful throughout an entire fight regardless of the facts of the matter.
So your "plan" would be to KO (within 4 rounds) a fighter that's never so much as been knocked down, and is arguably one of the 5 best defensive fighters of all time? I think that would be a shitty plan, but that's just my opinion.
Mayweather IS better than Pac on the inside. I actually never saw Pac even in-fighting (or at least never effectively) Pac is a mid-range fighter, which should be perfect for May's counters. Which is why come fight night, Pac will be the underdog. I still believe Pac is the only fighter today who has a chance of defeating Mayweather, largely because his speed is comparable to May, it has a decent pop, and he can put intelligent pressure on Mayweather for the full 12 rounds (something nobody has been bringing to Mayweather as of late. Pressure is not equal to intelligent pressure). That and because Pac can easily negate Mayweather's reach advantage by his superior footwork. I'm not talking about speed here, I'm talking about proper feet placement to setup a good combination. Very difficult to understand if you haven't boxed before. Watch Pac vs JMM 2 or Pac vs Cotto to see this. And of course, because Pac is a southpaw, PBF's shoulder roll won't be effective and he will be forced to use the high guard -- something that would play in the hands of Pac. Mark my words, this will be like Pac-Clottey with a version of Clottey throwing more crisp and solid punches but also getting countered in the process. I don't want to do Mayweather's because it's as clear as the noon sun that he has ALL the advantages in this fight, thus raising more confusion (and suspicion) as to why he just won't take the fight. If there will be a KO, it will happen late in the fight and certainly not in the early rounds. A KD is possible during the early rounds, but a KO is far fetched.
How Pacman goes about his business depends largely on how Floyd chooses to fight this fight.Mosely caught one of the best top 5 defensive fighters in the 2nd round and simplydidnt even try to get on him like fighters usually try to do. What I am saying is not HOW pacman goes about his busness, but that he needs to win by putting Money in disneyland and keep him there. All I am certain ofis this.....Floyd starts slow and even Hatton got to him in the first few rounds. I am not a hater or a lover of either one of these fighters so dont be thinking i am. I have been mesmerised by Floyds footwork since the day i first saw him gliding around that ring and making the other guy miss every single punch, The same as for Pacman, only it was his want to fight and trade with his opponents that also got my attention. ****,Im sorry to say this to guys who swing one way or the other, but i like both of these guys for different reasons. I tend to thinkit may be a great fight, but then i thinkone guy knows how to make it into a fight he wins the easy way....much like Klitscho bro does, even though I think those two guys could finish fights in a more exciting manner. But winning is winning all the same.
