Void is Void. Void refused to fight Pac Cotto mosley and margarito. Void only fights if he knows he has the judges and ref in his pocket. etc etc etc.

In defamation suits, one way to defend yourself is by alleging the truth of the statement. This is how Conte defended himself against Mosley's suit. On the other hand, Floyd's lawyers would not make this defense because they know that they have no basis to allege the truth in any of their accusations. Their defense consist of proving that the statements were mere opinions and protected by the constitution instead of statement of facts. But the way Sr. told it in his interviews with his trademark "you can qoute me on this coz i said it," they are going to fight an uphill battle in court.

Note floyd fans: THEIR DEFENSE IS THAT THE STATEMENTS WERE MERE OPINIONS AND NOT STATEMENT OF FACTS -- THEY CAN'T BACK UP THE STEROIDS ACCUSATION WITH ANYTHING WORTH THE TIME OF THE COURT LOL

YOu cant tell these clowns NOTHING. 10 seconds into the video it was said "It my BELIEF" Which means that what comes after that is opinion. The only one that stated it as a fact was Rodger, Floyd never said that Pac was on anything, it was implied, NOT sure that I have ever heard of anyone being sued over an implied statement. But it was also vague. "You know that they have the best PED" does that mean the same as "Pac is on steroids"

I mean come on, anyone that doesnt have thier head firmly placed in Pac's back end could see that its an uphill battle in a courtroom. I will be the first to admitt they were meaning to flat out say that Pac was on the juice but they just didnt say it in the manner that will need to be proved in a court of law. EXCEPT maybe Rodger who isnt even named on the Lawsuit.

Thats what you whores got twisted. Black folk know how not to incriminate themselves with words. Even people you call crackheads which is damn for sure "defamation". Its "defamation" all day around this ***** and you whores(more defamation) do it like its nothing. If anybody is a crackhead is ****ing Freddie Roach. Wait.. are you going to tell him to sue me too. lol

This is VERY true, but in the early returns Pac doesnt appear to have that kind of Lawyer.....

Lawschool or NO Lawfordummies.com could clear that up for a rational person. There is a huge difference IN A COURT OF LAW between "I Believe" and "I know"

We all know that the Mayweathers are saying that Pac is on roids, but its a different burden in court, they have to show that it was made as a statement of FACT and not opinion.:good

Not going to happen, I dont see Floyd dropping it. They have given in to Pac on so many other things, why cant Pac give in on this one. If he is clean take the test.

Why did Void want Pac to have to go by new boxing rules created by himself? Why didn't Void demand those same rules in all his other fights?
