The money is going to come from GBP and Floyd, if they get off the hook the lawsuit isnt worth what its going to cost them to do it even if they win. Problem with winning...Even if they win it doesnt prove that Pac isnt on anything, thats the problem that *******s dont understand.:bart

I am no lawyer, but if I understand it correctly, for defamation lawsuits, "implying" is almost just as bad as saying it directly. Also, "in my belief" and "in my understanding" are two different meanings. Lawyers can come up with their own interpretations of words.

Again, before floydies attack me, I am no lawyer and I am just saying my opinion whether Pac has a case or not. His lawyer thinks so, but imo, this surely will never see a court date.

You have time and again showed you will ignore common sense and logic to put on a Mayweather defense. You guys bore the **** out of me, I have ruined all of your arguments, and you just reignite them with other people.
It's boring. Not fun. You guys lost, get over it.

And you're dumb enough to say that if Pacquiao passes a drug test, it's not good enough to catch it.

Get over yourself and Floyd Mayweather.
Neither one of you know how to accuse people of **** properly.

I have seen zero proof that Pac has ever taken anything. Where is all this proof? I have not seen Void's fans posting all this evidence.

I used to think Arum thought only of himself and money.

Now I realise that he thinks more of Pac then he does himself and money... Cause he's about to lose every cent he's ever had.

The GBP defence team are currently organising a counter-sue and counter-claim against Arum and Top Rank (supposedly using video evidence from EVERY single press conference/interview/meeting Arum has ever been involved in over the past few years - although I personally think this is a bit of an over-statement) for every single defamatory claim made against their fighters (current or past) by Arum or one of his fighters (or their trainers).

15 or so fighters are already onboard.

    This should be interesting.

That is not responsive to my post floydette.

clearly, you were trying to show a little knowledge when you clearly do not know jacks ass.

if pac wins, then clearly, his name will be exonerated. it is only in the eyes of dumb haters like you who will make pac guilty of everything and anything under the sun.

but again, you still had a retarted original post.:rofl

How what have you done to make someone lose anything???

Common Sense??? Im not the one disagreeing with Law books, you are. Im not the one trying to make it sound like statements that start with words like I believe, I think, and Its my Belief, are statements of FACT. Im not the one that thinks that somehow if TEAM Pac overcomes the odds and somehow wins the lawsuit, that this will all go away, and the second that the ruling is out EVERYONE will say, Now that proves that he wasnt on anything. It dont work like that, and You say I ignore common sense and logic???

like what dude? that one of GBP boxers hit like a girl?

that is part and parcel of promotion but that is not defamatory in nature.

defamatory usually involves the imputation of a crime, vice or offense on the part of a person.

is hitting like a girl or whining like a *****, an actionable offense. clearly not.

is accusing someone of being a ped user. clearly it is.
