Pacqauio/Margarito probably sold out fast too in Las vegas. There a lot of Pinoy's there. People would travel to vegas specially pinoy's there a gambling bunch of race.

If true, those numbers are pretty amazing.

 

The undercards are terrific. Those on the fence will be forced to watch this fight just because of the undercards.

 

Make or break?

If he wins it's one of the highlight performances of his career.

If he loses, he was supposed to and he gets a nice payday out of it.

 

Why? If the CBS bit occurs as expected, this fight will have greater mainstream exposure than any fight that occurred before in the past 10 years, including de la Hoya-Mayweather (CBS > HBO in terms of viewers).

......but if this here Pac-Mosley fight does in the range of the Cotto and Margarito fights, then all there is left to do is tip my hat to the PED user and admit he can sell a PPV!

 

HBO hype up and market the fights just fine, I dont think CBS will help or hinder the sales.

People talk as if HBO markets their PPV's only on HBO television programming, but they do it all over the internet and newspaper advertisements.......its not going to be any different with Showtime and CBS.

......the bottom line is that you have to sell Mosley as the deserving challenger, and that task is'nt going to be a slam dunk, considering that he's looked like crap in 3 out of his last 4 fights.
