Pac vs. Mosley for Pacman's legacy

Martinez isn't a realistic fight, he is just to big and to good for Manny to mess around with. Martinez has sniper like precision on his punches, has incredible stamina and at the top of his game. It's not a smart fight for a guy (pac) who has cemented his legacy in the sport, and is in the twilight of his career. Fight Floyd, and if that falls through, fight a name like Shane Mosley, win the fight and hang em up.

    Arum is No Fool.
There are only (2) fights left for Manny.
Either Marquez at 147 lbs for $20,000,000.
Or Mayweather at 150 lbs. for $35,000,000.

Not enough PPV buys for the Mosley fight.
Only place for fight is Las Vegas. And that can't happen until April.

    Still believe Mayweather is Chicken!!!!!

Mosley will just look bad for their rep. Floyd took him after the Margarito domination, they're going to take him after the Mora fight. They don't need Mosley, and they will get nothing but criticism after they denied him a fight earlier last year. They need to make a fight with someone Floyd hasn't fought.

Exactly. Mosley was too dangerous for them before. Now that he's aged and had the stuffing beaten out of him by Floyd, they want him. Same as when they fought Rockgloves after Mosley cracked his chin. Same as when they fought Hatton after Floyd cracked his chin. Same as when they sucked Oscar down to 147lbs after he'd been outboxed by Floyd at 154lbs.

It should be Martinez instead of Mosley, but I will say this. I Pac faces Mosley and looses that fight, we can forget about Pac vs Mayweather.

    No interest in Pacquiao Mosley.

Would LOVE to see Pacquiao-Martinez although I doubt it happens.

Here's my big reason why: The last several fights the entire promotion of Pacquiao has been centered mainly around, and I'm paraphrasing here :"Watch Pacquiao take on a bigger guy!" Nevermind the fact that Pacquiao has shown time and again that being bigger than him doesn't really matter if you're one-dimensional(focusing on his last two fights here).

If he fought Sergio Martinez it would be a change of pace from the last few fights of guys who would just stand right in front of him. In short, he'd be taking on multidimensional fighter who is also a bigger guy and that would be intriguing.

Na. Pacman beating Cotto decisively is a better victory than beating Mosley. Not saying it wouldn't be competitive, but Mosley has already shown too many signs of slowing down and Pacman would get drubbed for fighting someone too old.

Pac won't fight Martinez until Sergio looks faded. Just the fact that theyre brining up Mosley means Arum is pissing in fans faces and they think its rain. Dont fight back Clottey, didnt deserve a shot Margarito and now obviously faded Mosley? Why didnt he fight Mosley before the Mayweather fight? And they say Floyd cherry picked. This is why I think Pac cant beat Floyd. He's never fought anybody half as slick as Sergio, never mind Floyd.
