False. One judge actually gave the Canelo fight to Canelo atsch If Floyd loses a close decision, Vegas will actually make more money on the rematch. Then even more on the rubber match. I've always thought the only alternative to retiring undefeated, that Floyd will still be looked at in the same esteem, is if he ends his career winning a trilogy 2-1 vs Pacquiao. And I kinda have a feeling that's whats going to happen. So Vegas has nothing to gain by giving Floyd a robbery decision, there's actually more money to make for everybody by giving Pacquiao the first fight in a close decision :good
Even Holyfield said that Pac will have to knock Void out. He said that boxing is crooked. Void will only fight in Vegas, with his personal referee, judges and boxing commission....................watch how the ref will help him out as needed............
What if Pac wins and refuses to fight again? There's no rematch clause so that's not a chance Vegas can take. I believe Pac will KO Floyd and that's the only possible way he can win this fight in Vegas.
Pac seems like the kind of guy that enjoys fighting and the sport of it, not necessarily obsessed with winning though :deal I DO think he really wants to beat up and beat Mayweather though. I don't think he likes Mayweather.
That would be amazing. It would absolutely destroy Floyd :rofl:rofl:rofl There would be too much money though, no way he refuses a rematch.
Roy Jones Junior said the exact opposite. So whichever punch drunk retiree you want to believe I guess
i would say the odds are stacked against him. floyd even runs the show. top rank is not the main promoter
this is the exact opposite of what holyfield said. He said that floyd will get robbed because it's "better" for boxing if guys don't retire undefeated. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...nder-holyfield-sparks-floyd-conspiracy-theory basically he is saying that the fight is fixed in manny's favor
Loving the endless excuses so far. 5 straight years of "Mayweather is scared" then as soon as the fight is signed it's "Cramps", "Pac can't spar", "Pac can't walk", "Running hills is impossible!", "Shot to nothingness", "Las Vegas is a serious threat", "Fight should have happened at Flyweight 3 decades ago", "Pac lost his touch" and last(for now) "Al Haymon!".
I think Pac wins clean. Floyd will get behind in the early rounds and won't be able to overcome that.
