You can also use this logic against floyd. Pac destroyed cotto and had an easier time than floyd.

This fight will never happen unless Floyd grows a pair. End of.

says who? Floyd won't be making the same amount ( just like the cotto fight, it only made 1.5 buys. fighting Pac will probably generate greater numbers than the delahoya fight ) compare to if he fights Pac. Pac is not comparable to any other boxers out there.

I won't go in to a deeper reasoning / arument here because of the morons who post something like the one I just quoted.

it just shows who really doesn't want to fight.

What in the hell has Pac ever done to make you even think he's capable of thinking like this? Pac does what Arum tells him to do. Always has, always will. Why isn't Pac making the same kind of money that Floyd is making then? Do you think he ever wonders about that? Or does he just keep on trusting Arum to handle everything for him. If he had any brains he would have found a way out of the contract just like Oscar and Floyd did. It's no surprise that when you leave Top Rank, you can make a lot more than when you're there. I want this fight as much as anybody but 50/50 at this point is a damn joke.

People on message boards are way more concerned about this than either fighter is.

Basically floyd wants to be in the driver seat and act as if Pac is his employee and he can dictate his salary. He thinks he can scare pac by saying "you'll never get another payday this big with anyone else"

Well it seems pac is already rich as ****, a god in his country, and secured with his legacy and ATG status. Therefore, he told Floyd to go pound sand.

Well, Floyd is already rich beyond measure as well, so he doesn't really give a **** either way. And that's were it pretty much stands right now.

The numbers are close. Pacfans want 50/50 or a lower even split with the remainder up for grabs.
Floyd fans don't truly want the fight. What they want is to establish the perception that the fight not taking place is not Mayweather's fault.

    But, it is.

These guys are pretty funny. Arguing over things they have no clue about. This fight will be a block buster, the only question is how big. There will be money coming out of the woodwork for this. Pac ain't as stupid as these guys. He knows what the fight is worth. They take Mayweather's word for it. See the difference here? :rofl

The most fair split is the one based on their average PPV sales per fight. $40 million with no PPV would be like accepting 20-80 in favor of Floyd. Does Floyd sell 80% more PPVs than Pac? Only true idiots would think this is a fair deal.

Some say Pac is getting the biggest payday of his career by riding on Floyd's name. Well guess what? Floyd will probably triple what he made with Cotto by riding on Pac's name.

    It works both ways.

At least most of ESB members have a rational mind:

    :lol::lol::lol:

Rauer1 got a little excited when he first signed up for the board a long time ago. He said some "not so nice things" about a few people's favorite fighters and was banned. The Rauer2 program was implemented as a result :D

Let me tell you your mistake here guys. Remember post fight Mayweather said it is still "Take the test"? He's talking to a bunch of guys that will believe anything he says. He's talking to a bunch of guys that WANT to believe everything he says. The whole boxing world knows everything is agreed but the money but Floyd is still publicly saying "Take the test". Logic and fact will not sway them. Don't bother trying. Let them live in their little fantasy world if it makes them feel better. They probably have to get a group of ten of them together to scrape up money for a joint yet they think they understand multimillion dollar deals. :rofl
