    1. It was Pac dictating the tempo of the fight, what fight were you watching?:huh

    2. Not hurt? That furious Pac flurry in the 11th that resulted to a nasty cut--not only had MAB backtracking and wobbly, it got him mad and determined to retaliate in any manner possible howbeit illegally (possibly to buy some precious recovery time?).:deal

He tried to be fast in order to get to MAB chin, and he was not succesfull for the 11 rounds.
Its mean MAB was controlling the fight not letting PAC to land anything sepctacular and countering him all the time.
The problem for MAB was he did not bring anything offensive either.
So PAC rightfully won most of the rounds due to his activity and amount of trown punches.

11 round was ony one when PAC was testing MAB chin but seriously, he is good actor ...

There are many factors that contributed why MAB did nto get koed:

    1. MAB was contented to avoid any kind of slugfest, save for very few where is saw some safe openings. The MAB we saw there studied JMM - Pac fight for 3 full months and he executed as best as he could.

    2. Pac was more defensive minded than ever that I ever seen.

    3. MAB is not as shot as most people think, and he really conditioned himself greatly for this one.

I think Manny will be able to transition well in 135 without any problems. During the MAB fight he was at 144. Sure he looked a bit slow but I think if he trains hard in this division, then we might see him tear up that division as well.

Degrading? Aging? Slopping over the hill? Just because he didn't knock out Mab?

Nah nah nah :nono . . . are these questions intended to agitate Pac fans again stinky? :D

By saying that he's suppose to K.O. MAB within 6 rounds . . . you have a very high expectation on Pac and fully discounting MABs capabilties at this point.

Barrera came in there not to win but only to make sure he survives the whole 12 rounds . . . and he is very much succesful on that.

But on MAB controlling the fight . . . that's plain bull****. :yep :D

Nah....MAB just faught a very smart fight....or "DEFENSIVE" fight for the most part. His experience and intelligence in the ring proved to be a pretty complicated puzzle that PAC had to piece together. It wasn't PAC's best preformance but he was in there with a VERY Good MAB. MAB proved that he still has a lot left in him, but I think this was his last GREAT preformance...unfortunately it wasn't enough against PAC.

It was a mix of Pac's poor training and MAB's defense first strategy.

Yes, it was intended exactly to agitate PAC fans, don't like to be agitated?

However Chimba didn't felt into the trap like you always do and gave reasonable
explanation of PAC highly diminished skills ;) so your screaming is a little bit late. :blabla

It wasn't me who was expecting PAC KO in 6, my prediction was MAB KO PAC in 1st round  ...
I was wrong  but who wasn't :conf

LOL...what kind of logic is that?:rofl So becuase PAC wasn't abel to land "SPECTACTULAR" puches MAB controlled the fight? PAC still landed more than MAB every round and was "PUSHING" the fight. Wouldn't that mean the Pace along with the action was controlled by the more active fighter who happened to be Manny? Landing more and doing more would warrant "Controlling the fight".

I was impressed with Manny, I thought he looked very strong. I was also impressed with Barrera too he just didn't throw enough punches to win the fight. And Barrera got the better of some of those exchanges too, after a point it seemed he was totally content to not get KO'ed.

I figured from the start that this fight was going to be alot closer despite Pac getting better and MAB 4 years older.
