if Pac was on PED, the random blood tests with a 24 day cut-off date and the random urine tests all the way up to the fight would have caught him.

So logically he can't be on PED or he wouldn't have offered that compromise.

I've watched him interview before. I'm also not an idiot. There is being unable to clearly articulate an answer due to language barrier. And there's clearly pausing and stammering at a specific question that will result in you completely contradicting your previous answers. Everything he said up to why he wouldn't take the 14 day cut off date could have EASILY fallen into the language barrier category. But the excuse for not wanting the 14 day cut off date was weak. I don't care if you believe he's on PEDs or not. I tend to believe he's not personally. You still have to look at that interview and that answer as a sign that either he's not really aware of all of the different reasons that have been given to not submit to random testing or he's hiding something.

He becomes weak. He thinks it will distract him. He believes it to be so. And all of Pac's 24/7s already showed:

Pac heavy training begins 2-3 weeks before the fight, then we get 1 week fine tuning.

That's not weak at all, considering he's a thirdworlder, religious, and had a bad experience with blood testing before in 2005.

You also don't show like you even know Pacquiao or watched his interviews. His CNN Asia interview was even worse than this.

TOO MANY WHOLES IN PAC'S STORIES...HOW DO YOU BELIEVE A LIAR...NOT TO MENTION HIS PROMOTER GOT BUSTED LYING OVER AND OVER DURING THE NEGOTIATIONS

Did he agree to random blood tests up to 24 days before the fight?

I seem to remember him saying they would move the 30 day test forward to 24 days, I don't remember anything about random testing being ok before that date.

Pac's promoter has already said Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off and Pac rejected, try getting your facts right before calling people spastics.

In an attempt to clear the air, Bob Arum told Michael Marley that Manny Pacquiao did indeed turn down Floyd Mayweather’s recent offer to have a 14 day testing free compromise.

“They made the 14 day offer and Todd sent a text message to (Pacquiao's agent) Michael Koncz in the Philippines. Five minutes later, Koncz replied and said Manny rejected that. The point is we have a written record of that,” Arum said.

Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaffer is still attempting to salvage the fight, however Arum is giving the impression that he is no longer interested and appears to be moving on to pit Manny against Joshua Clottey in Dallas.
