Does anyone care to explain to me why Pac would dehydrate to the 141-144 range, if he's going to step inside the ring above the welterweight limit.

What the hell would be the reason to cut more weight than he has to in the couple of days leading to the weighin?

Seems like very few people around here know why fighters dehydrate and cut weight......

When a fighters dehydrates, he's losing valueble body fluids that could help his strenghth and energy during the fight.

......so it makes no sense what so ever for Pac to officially weighin, in the low 140's and then come in the next day in the high 140's.....it makes no sense what so ever for him to lose body fluids just for the sake of losing it.

If it were the plan for Pac to step into the ring at 150 lbs, believe me, Pac would officially weighin to as close as 147 lbs as possible.
There would be no reason for him to dehydrate and weigh any less for the official weighin if this were the case.

he wont be coming in at over 147 thats a cert

they have said speed is their main weapon so i presume he will be coming in at around 145, still gonna get battered even with the speed of a flyweight

Why do you think i'm lying? Wanna bet divac? Everything i said seems to be a lie to you! Why is that?
Remember when i reported at this forum a year ago that pac and jmm is brewing negotiations for a rematch fight? You said before that i was only lying then! Then why did the rematch happened? I was right, right?
Hoya is so pathetically paranoid that he has to reach the 147 pnds. coz he is afraid that his money fight would be cancelled if he did'nt make weight and he will have to pay too! Not to mention the revenues from ticket sales and ppv's! That's how paranoid greedy hoya is. In fact they had to hire another legendary trainer, i thought hoya can take care of pac easily! :rofl
Man, everything nacho throws at you, you would gladly nod your head, and negate everything a guy said who has a different opinion from you as nothing but lies! Are you that blind divac? You make fun of us "*******s" but you're also got strings attached to jmm's romanza and armani tees! When we say facts you'll say: those are lies. Then you will come here barging full of "facts" but when did we *******s labeled you one? Although it's quite clear that your love for jmm goes beyond peanuts from indonesia..

I have no clue what you're saying or what point you want to make......you're saying too many things that are irrelevant and off the thread topic.

The only thing I can tell you is that DLH reportedly weighing 145 lbs last week is not a fact, and I believe a great majority of this forum feels the same way!

Don't direct that post of yours to me divac. Direct it to Roach as he was the one who said it. I was simply trying to relay to everybody what Roach's plan was when the fight got signed. It was in an article and Roach said that they we're planning to bring Pac down to the low 140's and then come in around the 147lb mark by fight night. I don't think Roach is planning to get Pacquiao on the 150lb mark. He said that he wants Pac to weigh virtually the same weight when he fought David Diaz(which was 146lbs if I'm not mistaken) in order for Pacquiao's speed to not diminish.

That's what I was saying. Whether or not its a good idea I don't know. But Roach said that's the plan(unless theres another article from Roach that says otherwise). Calm down man.
