    Do you understand the concept of "natural"? Pac is smaller than Floyd. Floyd probably used to be a small welter a long time ago, but not anymore.

    There was a report that he was 152 2 weeks out.

    And yet Floyd fans want to discredit Pacquiao's victory over Cotto because the fight was at 145. Therefore, it wasn't a true welterweight fight.

    Ur missing the point. The point is that The WW limit is 147 and that Cotto was restricted to having to weigh in at 2 lbs below the limit. Im %99 that it didn't make a difference in the outcome of the fight but nonetheless the WW division is from 141-147 and the champion should be able to defend at whatever weight he wants that's within the limit.
