a floyd-williams fight might beat pac-clottey, but pac-clottey will likely have the better buys especially if floyd fights darchinyan

Will it be a PPV landslide for Pac? If so, how will it affect future Pac-Floyd negotiations? s

it depends who floyd fights. If floyd fights paulie then it might be a ppv landslide for pac. If pac gets huge ppv buys compared to floyd, then likely we will never see a future pac-floyd fight. It will have difficult negotiations regarding money

i think it's hard to say until all the information i known about the cards....but the HBO backing pac should help him

i still don't think floyd fights march 13th, and if he does we should know in the next day or two

well unless Floyd fights Williams or Mosley then Pac by a landslide, he has HBO's backing.

    ^^Damn beat me to it.

We don't even know who Floyd's gonna fight, but if he ends up fighting PW or someone of that caliber if would be a a solid ppv win for Floyd. If it were anyone less, landslide for Pacquiao.

We don't have enough info yet. Who will floyd dance with. What are the undercards, and HBO could be a huge plus for pac, well unless bugeyes kellerman is allowed to come out and play.

Depends who Floyd fights. All things equal in terms of opponents, Floyd would win. Look at the numbers they've done with common opponents.

I honestly can't envision Floyd fighting P. Williams or Kermit Cintron. If he fights a junior welterweight, I'm not so sure the boxing world will give him another pass for picking on a smaller guy. It would probably apply even if he takes on Bradley. Floyd has been fighting at welterweight since what, 2005 and the whole world's on to his choice of opposition by now. As for the winner of Mosley-Berto, if Mosley wins impressively he'd just take himself out of Floyd's radar completely.

I can see Pacquiao vs. Clottey outselling Floyd's own show, assuming he takes on a smaller guy, and from past behavior that's the writing on the wall.

If this happens I don't think Arum would even entertain a 50/50 split if they ever renegotiate this fight. The most likely scenario then would be GBP boinking Floyd's head as Arum suggested and lining up a Pac-Shane tiff middle of the year. And Golden Boy wouldn't even mention blood and testing in the same sentence.
