Pac or Khan: who has faster handspeed at the moment?

Khan paints, so he looks faster.

Pac doesn't paint, but if he did, he'd look just as fast or faster.

Pac's single power shots are faster than Khan's single power shots.

 

Khan. This isn't even up for discussion, the only faster guy I can think of off the top of my head in recent YEARS is GRJ.

 

I honestly don't think it was all that fast. They punched at the same time and Pac's just got there first as Al was landing a left hook. That's when guy's get hurt the most- during these types of exchanges.

 

I actually think you have it backwards. If you watch Pac throw he drops his right to throw his left because he tends to pull his jabs or use them as throw away punches to throw his left. And if you watch, if he throws more than about 2 punches, both hands are at his waist. Never fails. You have your assessment backwards for sure because Khan is far more technically sound throwing punches. His balance is also much better. You never see Khan throw and have a foot in the air like Pac does or over extend like Pac does when throwing a lead power shot or follow up shots at a target not directly in front of him.

Watch at 1:00 min... Pac's handspeed is just as fast, if not faster than Khan. He just doesn't paint like Khan does.

Khan possess the quicker hands , no doubt .

 

Pacs speed like GRJ is decieving because how small their arms are, in reality they have decent speed, but Khans speed is next level.

It's funny, not a single Pacquiao fan can say Amir has faster hands. They always have to throw in "but Pac has more power" as if it's incriminating to give someone else praise over Pacquiao. Pacquiao's shadow boxing is amazingly fast, but he never fights like that. When they fight, Khan's hand speed is quicker.

 

The point I was making was that Pacquiao will reach his target quicker, despite Khan having the faster hands. And this is all from the eye test.
