    How can I not have a crush on Congressmanny? After agreeing with Freddie Roach not to step on the gas on the twelfth round to show compassion to the mere mortal, he pays a visit to Margarito's locker room while he was laying on the stretcher waiting for the ambulance with plastic bags of ice on his face.

    Congressmanny is all class. Now he needs a real vacation. :happy:happy:happy

    A report said when Congressmanny got tangled with Margo in the tenth and both fighters were embracing, Manny whispered something for about five seconds in his ear.

    When the radio reporter asked Manny: "What did you whisper to him"? Here, Congressmanny answered: "Just he and I will know"

    When his friend Buboy was pressed for answers, he said : "Manny told Margarito he won't make it hard for him and will let him finish the fight with his dignity intact"

    ONLY NON-HUMANS CAN BE BOTH SKILLFULL AND YET BE CLASSY THINKING OF HIS OPPONENTS WELFARE IN THE PUGILISTIC RING. WOW.

    Wow...the brutality of this fight/event is assuaged by the inspiration and civility of our better angel...so much material that it easily becomes the theme of a novel, the stuff of legend, the script to a classic movie, and in time, when memory fades and legend is mythologized, the Gospel according to Manny!

    After he saw the ref wasnt gonna call the fight cuz he was hitting Margo at will (68% connection that round), he laid off him and pulled his punches in the 12th round. In the post-fight interview, he admitted that Margo hurt him with uppercuts and to bodyshots. "Im so lucky tonight". He also said that Margo was stronger than he expected.

    Kellerman: In the 12th round, it looked to us like you may be backing off a little bit, maybe not to hurt him. Did you carry him in the 12th round? (cant believe he phrased it that way!)

    Pacquiao: When im looking at the 12th round, im not looking for a knock-out, im just ahhh, i just want to finish the round.

    Kellerman: So you were easing up a little bit in the 12th?

    Pacquiao: Yeah, i take it easy cuz my trainer said, and now, he said take it easy and win the round and just be careful.

    ANYONE who watched the 11th and the 12 round saw that Margo WAS NOT a threat to Pacquiao at all! Kellerman couldnt get Pac to admit to carrying Margo in the end! There's something to be said about this sense of honor and letting their opponent keep their dignity, even under fire by an analyst....
