no, then its not random, random for 30 days of of 60 is not random....random for 45 days out of 60 is not random....and i still don't see what the problem was with 14 days the first time

it is random. There's a start date and a finish date, and within that period it's random. Even Floyd vs Mosley only had random testing over a period of 6 weeks out of their training camp. Obviously, their training camps lasted longer than 6 weeks.

you just don't understand the meaning of the word random.

If a fighter doesn't know on what day the test is coming, then the test is random.

And yet, he's the one who said in an interview he'd do it. So what does this matter? This is a fan asking some question, not part of the negotiations for ****'s sake. :patsch

It's amazing how a damn test is stopping one of the biggest fights in history from being made.

No, I don't jump, and I didn't like how the Floyds came out at Pac, but this has become bigger than standing up to a "spoiled brat". That "spoiled brat", exposed Pac as an athlete who refuses the best tests available. That's not right for an athlete to do. If he was standing up to Floyd, then he could have taken the tests for anyone of his other fights, passed them, and made Floyd look like an idiot. Hasn't happened though, and Pac is suspisious as **** for just taking Top Rank fights and avoiding anyone that might also ask for the best possible tests. Cyclists, and other olympic athletes take those tests all the time, but Pac has all kinds of excuses. To anyone looking at things objectively, it doesn't look good on Pac.

His "boy" and "boss" aren't him. So how is that changing a story when that's multiple people again?

That's the thing. Everyone agrees that the test is what's stopping the fight from being made, and everyone agrees that Floyd is the one who brought forth the test in the first place.

So i don't see how anyone can say Pac doesn't want the fight, when if Floyd hadn't brought up the testing then the fight would have happened.

its easy for him to say he will do it, then not sign the paper....he also just side-stepped the question today....he also signed with two promotional companies....his words and actions have a pattern of not matching

today it's: come on guys, just believe me, i'm clean, just believe me ok [smile]

    Yes, you WOULD JUMP. :-(

Actually, it hasn't 'exposed' pac as anything but someone who won't be bullied. Yeah, I'm sure the general public is FUMING over some tests that neither guy had ever taken for their careers till a crackhead brought up PED's to his son and freaked him out.

Pac's image hasn't been hurt at all over this. Luckily most people realize one does NOT have to prove innosense. Floyd is the only one of the two to take a bad hit on their image.

And you'll have to forgive me for  at your "anyone looking objectively" bull****.

actually, if you look at it objectively and realise that Pac has accepted to take tests up to a certain cutoff... And then you think a little bit further and realise there is no way that Pac will be able to take a performance enhancing drug so close to the fight that will enhance his performance and at the same time pass the ongoing urine tests and at the same time pass the post fight blood and urine tests....

then really, it doesn't look bad on Pac at all. It just looks like he won't say "how high" when Mayweather says "jump"

    Which is a good thing

You could look at it that way...but, that's not how I meant it, actually. I am OK with the idea of the testing...as long as both men are subjected to the same battery of tests. And they will be.

I just don't think random blood testing should be enough to deter this type of event from occurring...unless someone just does not want it to happen.
