    This is insane!
I work with a man from the philippines, he says he can only explain pac mans status with fans as "they worship him".
I have never been able to truely Love watching manny (mainly because I am bitter he ended morales :( ) but that doesnt mean I dont respect him a hell of alot.
The guy is literally fighting for his country

well, its actually a cliche for filipino fighters to say that and get support from fans. not arguing against the veracity of this point but i always maintain pac also fights for money. he has a family to feed, albiet luxusriously, plus we don't know if he has other kids with other women.. pac is pretty popular in the philippines you know. and he also political palns when he quits boxing so he needs all the capital necessary

When he finally does lose, even if to a huge man like Hatton, or in a few years, past his best, I think he'll really struggle to come to terms with it in his later years.
