Word from the scene. His manager Koncz just made the statement, he also believes Mayweather's team will also refuse the offer. Looks like were down to just one location.

I wish they would have it at an outdoor arena if it's in Vegas.

Staples center.... wtf... i thought is MGM for mega fights. If not fight at a stadium. They will sell out the place.

Staples doesn't even make sense, place can only fit like what 20,000 or a little more right? MGM makes more money than Staples Center just off of the live gate alone so of course Manny would turn it down...a fight in LA would pretty much be a hometown fight for Manny and would make it easy for all of his Filipino fans to come out to see him, but they'll do so nonetheless. MGM it is, lets just not screw up a good thing- when has MGM ever failed us?

Vegas and boxing were made for each other. BTW, what have you got against Laker fans?

I'm from Vegas but the average fan will travel to watch a game in the dallas stadium if the prices are right.

Its not f-fffffff fair to not be able to have the chance to witness one of the greatest hyped up fights in history.

Oh and laker fans? I like the old school fans from the 80's. The new generation, they suck. Bunch of bandwagonning metrosexuals..:good

I'm a die hard Laker fan from way back in the 70's. That being said, I agree that boxing fans will travel to see a spectacular fight. I'm from Vegas too and I wouldn't mind seeing the fight in a big stadium. The more fans to watch it live, the better.
