If he doesnt leave Arum, how will he fill up those 2 years?

    2 years =4-6 fights

Another round of rematches with Marquez/Bradley?

Provo and Vargas have a shot to get a fight.

Floyd fight aside, Pac needs to leave Bob so that he can at least go out fighting good names, even if the Floyd fight doesnt happen.

Marquez and Bradley are the only other fighters in the top 10 of the 147 division that arent Golden Boy/Showtime.

Even down at 140, Danny Garcia,Matthyse are GB/Showtime guys.

For the sake of his career, he needs to break away from Bob

For the sake of his career?

Pacquiao is an ATG who has fought nothing but the best and who has nothing more to prove in the ring. He's still making $20m+ per fight. He's already had a highly successful boxing career that people only dream about no matter how you slice and dice it.

And going out fighting the likes of Provodnikov and a 42 year old Marquez for the 5th times is no way for a man of his legacy to finish his career.

The best fighters at 140 and 147 are with Golden Boy.

He could finish his career in exciting fights with like likes of Thurman, Mattyhse, Garcia, pick up another belt against Porter.

This is before we even talk about Floyd

How many of those fighters did Floyd fight? ZERO
You should be crying about Mayweather cherrypicking instead.

No, you need to ask yourself that question after mentioning those GBP boxer names. Mayweather has 2 years left too and he hasn't even fought those fighters within the SAME STABLE. This topic is pointless when Mayweather who has no restriction to fight those guys hasn't even fought any of them.

A fifth fight with Marquez isn't a joke fight as everyone knows already, Provodnikov is a possibility and he isn't a joke either and others will eventually be found. Pacquiao always fights solid opponents anyway so there's nothing to worry about here.

Ill happily make a thread about Floyds final years in another thread.

My point is this, Floyd has the OPTION of fighting those guys.

Manny doesnt even have that as long as he stays with Bob

but canelo was the fight everyone thought he would duck and wanted him to fight (this is shown by the record ppv numbers)

much more meaningful then any of the names mentioned.

im sure thurman will get a shot if he gets a big win... floyd wont fight you coming off a loss thats why i knew he would not fight khan because he had some bad losses with a few mediocre wins
