My argument is, "It's the Boxing Committee's fault for allowing both fighters to have too much power. If a higher power would step in like a referee outside the ring, the fight would've been easily made."

    Couldn't agree more really.
In any other sport, the organising body sets the rules from start to finish (including doping tests).

All competitors have the same rules, regardless of who they are. End of story. No "but I'm rich and famous, can't I make my own rules?" rules.

There are far too many sanctioning bodies, that will do anything to get their cut of the profits, thats' the real issue. One or 2 make a stand, and the others will just step into their place.

Pac has won the propaganda war here.

The general public by and large don't believe Mayweather's propaganda. Could be because 1. there's no credible basis and 2. the accuser stands to gain on the accusation. OTOH if another disinterested party made the allegations Manny would have taken a lot of hits.

Not many people who are impartial back Floyd. His fans and fans who don't like Pacquiao back him, but you rarely see guys who are either impartial or fans of Pacquiao, who say he's at fault.
