Pacquaio's last fight @ Super Feather was March of '08. He weighed 129lbs for that fight.

How many years did it take Floyd to get to Welter from 130?

If Floyd Jr. turned pro at age 16, he could possibly have been an 8 or even 9 weight world champ. Would you find that strange too?

Prove what? You do not accuse anybody of what they have not done yet. He was certainly accused of using not for the Floyd fight, but for the previous fights. What would the random drug testings do to what he already have been accused of? All that proves is that he is clean during the training for the Floyd fight. Doubters will still say he was juiced up during the Hatton and Cotto fight.

Mayweather implied that Pac is better than him by insinuating that Pac is on PEDs.

I can see both sides of the coin with Pac, sure some people are gonna be suspicious given recent events, and sure enough, others are gonna back Manny up what with him being innocent as of now. I don't know either way tbh, not too bothered as it'll only drag on and we'll never know until/if he fights Money with all the tests, and even then, if he tests clean some people will swear to their grave that he was taking PED's all along and just stopped for that fight.

However, if Pac is getting these uber PED's that are clearly so effective then why isn't everyone else necking them back? When everyone was jacking it in the Majors, there were dozens of dudes all over the place hitting double the HR's they'd ever hit in a season, having bizarre monster seasons or two that far outshone any before or after.

Where's all the other little Manny's climbing the divisions at near unprecedented rates, where's the other 5/6/7 weight champs improving as they move up? Because if these PED's are that damn good then there's got to be a bunch of guys doing the same ****. Or maybe Manny's just that much better than them.........

That's another way of looking at it. Good point. This is the reason why I said in another thread that the effect of extra testing is marginal to even be an issue at all.

Mayweather and his ****** relative basically accused Pac of using PEDs, there only evidence for such a claim was that most now believed Pac to be the p4p number 1 and Floyd's ego wouldn't allow him to believe that someone could do that without using PEDs. This is because essentially he is both a child and a massive ****, but that's beside the point. They then demand unprecedented testing, and Pac refuses to bow down to such a demand. The reason is not a fear of needles, it's that he had blood drawn shortly before the first Morales fight and he feels that it (along with the gloves) contributed to his loss. Pac offered a compromise - blood testing up until 24 days before the fight, then immediately after, random urines at any time - which Mayweather turned down. There is nothing Pac could have taken and got out of his system in that 24 day window that would have made any difference. The issue here is not about PEDs, it's about Floyd's fragile ego and him basically needing to find a way to try to stack things in his favour in every fight. If he can't dictate terms, he doesn't want to know.
