Before Floyd Sr. came out with his PEDs theory, nearly all of boxing watchers who still werent convinced of Mp's worthiness to fight at higher weights kept on saying all those things "Oscar was dehydrated.. Hatton was tailor made for him.. Cotto will make him feel what welterweight power is really like.."

then right after the fight, Cotto is now damaged goods.

It's either they're all washed up and he just hammered the final nail in their coffins, or he's truly roiding up.

The dude just never gets a break.

Was Georges Carpentier on steroids too? For all of you whose boxing knowledge goes back to last week, Georges Carpentier fought in every weight class from 112 to heavyweight, when he challenged Jack Dempsey for the championship. Thats 8 weight classes back then, 24 today. His career ran from 1908 to 1926. I wasn't aware that PED's were available back then.

Look at Pac's body at the Marquez fight and what it is now?
There is a big difference in the thickness of his frame.
There is alot more mass difference than just three pounds on that frame, by looking at the pictures, there is no way you can refute that.

Lets remember that right before fightime weights are unofficial......fighters often get on those scales fully clothed, adding several pounds to their unofficial weight.

On that same night, JMM was also 141lbs unofficially.
Marquez did'nt weigh more than 147 lbs unofficially against Mayweather......but I'll tell you this much, there was more than 5 lbs of mass added to Marquez' frame fromt the Pac fight to the Mayweather fight.

What I'm getting at is that unofficial weights dont mean much.
The naked eye gives a better account than unofficial weights.

It's kinda funny already, because it's like he's never won a single honest fight in his career.

He was winning coz he was a featherweight disguised as a flyweight..

He was fighting asian tomato cans at the lower weights..

He was saved by the ref in the Sanchez and Hussein fight..

His win vs MAB was because of the forest fire..

His wins against JMM were gifts..

He won only against a near dying Morales..

    He only cherry picked Diaz..

    Oscar was old..

    Hatton was tailor made..

Cotto was ruined and had a bad camp..

    Clottey had a bad camp..

He's the stinkiest famous fighter ever!

    LOL

I aint arguing with you guys with those P4P and ATG rankings, I dont need that.

I agree 7 is simply impossible to achieve by any other boxer unless floyd done 10 or more.

Pac must be on roid :-(

Thats not true Bula......very few people said Cotto was damaged goods against Pac.

I certainly was'nt one of them.....in fact I was one of the first here to voice just how impressed and could'nt believe Pac getting the better of violent exchanges.

Personally I did'nt have anymore suspicion of Pac than any other fighter who has a muscular build, until Pac took the bigger Cotto by the horns and toyed with him.

To me, the Cotto fight was the teller. The one that made me say, "something is not right."

....and dont be so remorseful of Pac not getting credit by everyone......every top fighter goes through the same thing.

*******s for example still cant give JMM the credit for being the first to stop Casa and Diaz......
....certain posters make fun of the feat by calling Casa and Diaz "Ultra Prime.".....if you know what I mean.:nut

 Manny is not old..he's in his overall prime....when These other fighters where going up in weight they were NOT all volume punchers to begin with....Manny is. That has always been his style. Manny is in his physical and overall prime in terms of experience and ability. So when he begins to loose a step...his punch output will dwindle...but at the moment he's operating at his highest level. Steriods!!:rofl That's a convienent excuse to avoid fighting him.........I don't need to drop any names.

You know with that comment, you just gave a HUGE credit to Pac for beating those 4 guys. You are basically saying those wins are legit - washed up or not.

That's why through the years, boxing forum talk has turned from insulting, to upsetting, to annoying, and now, to just plain funny for me.

It's hilarious, the things coming from other posters. From both sides.

he has passed through 10 weight classes in total , starting 106lbs however floyd has stated that he was the same weight as Pac at 16

You do realise that there is 3 lbs between some of the smaller classes right ???

A skinny 16 year old basically is 25lbs heaverier as a mature man

7 weight classes is fine..but he didnt take the larger belts at 126 and 140..unless u consider the ring belt now a main belt
