Pac has had this oppurtunity ever since the clottey fight.

They need each other the same amount, one guy has declared on camera in front of millions live that he wants a test taken, the other has resorted to his velotriloquist mounting him and making some home made videos that say i take test etc, announce it in front of millions LIVE, so no one can accuse you, and man up.
