this would mean Pac has to hire a well connected/high profile manager that will take 20-30% of the guaranteed purse that he gets for Pac. he'll be spending about the same, maybe more.

why not just pay extra to the promoter and just cut out the manager.

You make it seems like PAC is dumb or something. PAC and Floyd are fighter and PAC know the fight ain't happening when your opponent is asking for, drug testing, boxing gloves, weight, money, date, place, vacation, losing urge, health come first, and the list goes on. Like what PAC said.... anytime and anywhere, just split the money and fight. PAC ain't got much time left and he's ain't sitting around waiting for something that isn't going to happen.
