Why didnt Margo neutralize Mosley's speed?

What makes you think Pac cant do the same thing Mosley did. Control the distance and land pretty much at will when Margo is wide open.

 

if Margo goes straight to the body with tight defense he has a shot ,but if he headhunts all night he will lose.The only different about this fight is Shane was able to tie him up and fight inside ,Pac is not a fighter who can clench and box his man at the same time.Here's the question hidden behind door number 2 can Pac take multiple body blows from Margo if he fights that way.When he fought Cotto his corner got very worry about him laying on the ropes. I think body shots are the key to this fight for Margo ,he's not a counter punches like Marquez and Pac last 5 opponents never heard the term "KILL THE BODY AND THE HEAD WILL FOLLOW'

 

Not to be funny ,Pac doesn't throw a straight right,maybe a right jab and its not the best there is.

 

Anything is possible. I doubt it happens only because Marg while very solid is NOT a great fighter/boxer. He's very good, VERY BIG and very determined. His style fits right into what works for Manny but he'll always be in danger given the disparity in SIZE between the two.

PAC will have to BOX for the entire fight which is NOT a problem. It's how will the BIGGER MAN's SHOTS that do land will affect PAC MAN? Marg will have a hell of a time finding PAC and he's gonna eat A LOT of punches but Marg has proven to be able to eat great shots and come away unfazed.

A dangerous fight but one that is very winnable for PACMAN. PAC makes it interesting becuase he places himself at risk not because he has to....but becuase he WANTS to. Some call it stupid, compeitive or insane...I'm just glad PAC wants to entertain the fans. If PAC wanted he could box circles around Marg. It just wouldn't be exciting which rarely ever happens when talking about Manny.

 

Margarito is not awkward at all, he's just tough. He's predictable really. He just keeps coming forward throwing punches and never protects himself. I look at it this way, it's a fight between two guys that are great offensive fighters but lack defense. One of them is one of the greatest offensive fighters ever who has speed and power in his combinations (which come from every angle possible) that is unlike any fighter seen in a long time, and while his defense lacks he does have amazing foot speed and at least covers up when he's not on offense. The other guy never backs up, just keeps coming forward. While he does throw a lot of shots with power (although without plaster I don't know how good his power is) he really has some of the slower hands in his weight division and relies on his amazing chin to act as his defense and almost invites punches to his face. Against an offensive force like Pac, the only way you can beat him is by outboxing him, not by trading with. Pac will beat Margo to the punch every time even with Margo's reach advantage. For every one shot Margo throws Pac can throw three. I really just don't think Margo has any chance. The fact is, Arum would not have matched Pac against Margo if he had any doubt in his mind that Pac wouldn't win.

 

People don't understand it won't even be about going to Margarito's head. Manny is going to Margarito's body to soften up his already shot ass then he'll finish it up top. What will really hurt team Pacquiao and Top Rank is another 700,000 PPV buy fight and Manny will have to really eat his words when he truly does have to give in to Floyds demands . Floyd will be ready and quite frankly the fight will happen because I'm sure by now the fight looks like a haven compared to his personal life.

 

He had plaster then, he doesn't now. Not to mention, what makes you think that Margarito didn't get the fight beaten out of him by Mosley?

Pac is not a body puncher Roach is going to do what got them there.

 

He's made his career off of his left hand. While he has definitely developed his right and it is now good I don't know how you can possibly say that it's better than his left.

 

Like fighting slow fighters with a fresh loss on his record.

 

No trust me this fight is going to be Pacquiao greatest display of going to the body .
