Just a quick question. Why did Pacqiaou not go to Hatton when he was KOed? He was qucik to see if Diaz was OK when he brutally knocked him out last year, and of course his reaction to De la Hoya when he quit on his stool was admirable, but I was just shocked that he didnt see if Hatton was OK due to the manner of the KO and the fact they seemed friends outside of the ring.

I dont know why he did not go over straight away.Maybe because it was such a big fight he got caught up in the celebrations.I dont think Manny expected things to go so according to plan either so he was probably a bit shocked,im sure he ment no disrespect as you said there seemed to be no bad blood between them before the fight.

the medics and a lot of others where surrounding him pretty quickly, he you've just got in the way

probabily learnt from when he started pulling diaz's arm when he was starched on the canvas

There is a thread about this somewhere in the General Forum asking the same question. Someone posted a photo showing that he DID actually go over once the docs had finished checking Hatton out.

He had systematically beaten the other two and was in full control.

Hatton was firing back even though he had little success.

Despite Hatton going down twice it was still in some respects a one punch KO, so I guess Pac was more surprised/buzzing than he was with the other two.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

Well i think he was caught up in the celebrations he had just achieved arguably the biggest win of his career and the emotion got to him and all he could do was celebrate and he forgot anything else.

yes agree completly sometimes fighters arnt allowed near the other one who is down and it can often delay support for the downed man

I thought he did. If I remember correctly he went over straight away but the sky camera panned out so this would only have been on screen for a split second and from a long distance shot. That's how I remember it anyway, although I was absolutely caned so maybe my account is not the most reliable.
