    Pacquiao will agree to Random blood testing. The next thing you know from GBP and Mayweather is that they want to test Pacquiao if he's bulletproof. You know, since according to Unca Roger, Pacquiao is using A-side PED whatever that is. Anyway, They will recquire Pacquiao to undergo random drive by shootings with no cut off date. LOL
