Margo was done in Dallas where Jones PAID to get the fight. Only after x tickets sales where Pac saw live gate revenue. TR got a guarantee $$. This is why Arum wanted to put it in Dallas for both Clottey and Margo and not in MGM, where if they where low ticket sales it would have cost them.

This is why the no draw Clottey and no draw Margo was done in Dallas. Jones could care less if they lost $4.8 million in one evening. He wanted the huge PR for that new stadium since he needs to attract new revenue streams to pay off his construction loan/bond in the tune of $1,300 million (or$1.3 BILLION). $4.8 mil would be a drop in the bucket.

The problem is the real reason arum pulled them out of Vegas, or the main reason as a use of a better word is simply because of the drug testing, pac cant show his face in a vegas boxing ring again unless it is with floyd mayweather period.
