    Getting the decision doesn't always mean you actually win the fight.

    See: Williams vs Lara, Cloud vs Campillo, Alexander vs Matthyse, Pacquiao vs Marquez II/III

    Marquez DEFINATELY has Manny's number, with all the improvements in Manny (rememeber the Manilla Ice LMFAO) the higher weight, the Ariza shakes (that Manny doesn't know whats in them) and having a big advantage in age he still cant beat Marquez.....

    The "I underestimated him thing" is just an excuse!

    Excuses. If you felt Pacquiao won with no question then you wouldn't have 5 threads per day on this(exaggerating but still). That's something a closet fan does and the same applies with you speaking(too much BTW) of Floyd. You speak more of Floyd than I do and I'm a fan of his, sickening. As is Foreman's Hook obsession of Mike Tyson.

    Oh, you're Taco who's possibly and alt of Tasco anyways. Still dumb things said by both regardless. TBF I underestimated Marquez too but I'm not the one who was going into a trilogy with him so it's not that important. Like SJS said, it would be dumb on Pacq's part to spend all his time looking at predictions of boxing sites rather than train.

    It boils down to styles. There styles are made for eachother. They could fight 100 times and it would be close every time.

    You got two awesome combination punchers, one of them defensive minded, the other offensive. So it's like a wave hitting a wave. When one guy initiates, the other guy comes right back , back and forth.

    I dont think they underestimated marquez but they didn't make the proper adjustments on their end either, especially with the footwork.

    jmm looked at the first two fights and worked out what to do to beat manny convincingly one example : feinting with his head to break mannys rhythm and frustrate him.

    its just an excuse, man. they knew jmm would give him a good fight since he already has twice. pac just didnt train hard enough. ariza was all over him like koncz told freddie
