Cotto (recent ko loss), Clotey (best results were close losses to Cotto and Margarito), Margarito (Recent ko loss. Every win of his before said ko loss has to be questioned.) Mosley (comming off a loss and a draw in his past 2 fights.) Marquez (Was domantaed in his previous bout at this weight.)
Haton (recent ko loss). De La Hoya (would he have fought De La Hoya at 154 or even 150? I have so many doubts about that.)

^dude, name me guys who would give Cotto & Margarito a beating like that, Clottey to fold like a turtle, Mosley to run than fight and Hatton to go to wonderland... and Dela Hoya to quit on his tool. tell me the "young guns" who could do those things to the aforementioned fighters. can Berto/Ortiz/Bradley beat Cotto like that? can they make clottey go to defensive mode? etc.

i want to see the marquez fight. third fight had to happen. and as has been said, if it's not mayweather, who cares who he fights now? **** the bradley's, ortiz and berto's who haven't proven anything. let them fight each other, especially bradley, that ****er should be fighting khan

There's always one poster who doesn't know that JMM goes in on fight night at 145 and Pac goes in at 148, thus the weight stipulations, if anything, was in favor of JMM and wouldn't help Pac in anyway.
This is essentially a JrWW fight.
Oh and just in case you don't know either, the fight is for Pac's WELTERWEIGHT belt.

For crying out loud get your facts straight.

Then you can explain why JMM looked heavy in his fight with Floyd. Why was the weight a problem then but it isn't now?

Really? Ill pull out my hater hat as well and lets check out Floyds WW resume.

Ortiz (china cracked by Berto and Maidana, schooled by Peterson),
Mosley (overtrained and coming off a long layoff thus tense in the fight),
JMM (Bloated 2 weight classes, Floyd cheated on the scales, AND was softened up twice by... who?? oh yeah Pacquiao himself),
Hatton (looked like **** at WW vs Collazo only fight ever at WW, thus this fight was set at WW),
DLH (old, past it, done in his own words, and STILL got an SD),
Judah (softened and beaten by a F-class Baldomir, gassed after 4 rounds and still struggled),
Baldomir (one of the worst lineal champs in history- his resume: glass chin judah, gatti (lol), and a DQ win over Clottey who was schooling him),
    Mitchell (who?)

Fortunately I don't believe in shitty hindsight as I actually respect what Floyd does, but that was an example of your logic.

I honestly think Pac vs Ortiz would be a repeat of Pac vs Hatton. Total mismatch. Maybe not a 1 punch KO but a real beatdown. No way GoldenBoy lets that fight happen unless they are getting a big piece of Pac with it and that's not gonna happen.

I'd like to see him fight (in order) Khan. Ortiz, Berto, Jones.

Never mind a strong young fighter, just let us know when pac fights someone who can move.

Why should it be a young gun? Why can't it be a young hungry lion?

Pacquiao's preparing for the Clotteys, Margaritos and Mosleys....."If not Mayweather, why don't Pacquiao's punk-ass settle the score with JMM?"

Pacquiao now picks JMM....."He's picking on an old fighter. "

i feel that is the biggest problem with his fights over the last few years...it's not the names, but the order of said names....cotto before the margo KO would have been a war...margo before the mosley KO would have been a lot more interesting....mosley before the floyd humiliation, and even worse, the mora draw, would have been a lot more interesting...but...oh well

but your list, minus khan i think, has a chance

floyd beats ortiz, ortiz will get a shot at pac...berto then can have another shitty showing..maybe steal a win...earns him a pac shot
