    I'll give Cotto full credit but not Pac. If Pac wants full credit he should fight Cotto at 147 Before you start I think Pac beats Cotto at 140, 145 or 147 but in order to get full credit he must beat Cotto at 147 where Cotto is at his best.

    this is not only about pac, this is also about cotto..

    now will you give cotto full credit if he beat pac at 147 lbs where he's at his best and pac is not?.
