    I think Pac can beat the de la hoya of that night in feb 1999. He was off form that night and at time he was like sleep boxing. I think he beat quartey but it should of been ikes night if he upped the work rate.

    Pac wouldnt of let him off the hook

    quartey's jab gave oscar hell for most of the fight. i scored the fight even. i think that de la hoya beats pacquiao but it'd be a close fight for sure.
