Mab changed the way he fought to fight naz as he knew he couldn't brawl with him.

You've convinced me---I would put money on Naz ----Hate him but love most of his fights-----He ended our South African 126lb Vuyani Bungu's run of 14 title defenses IBF featherweight with a 4th round KO...

He did to great effect and I just see naz a prime naz hitting him with that overhand right and stopping Pac.

Naz dosen't have any fans. He alienated the last remaining few when he did that hit and run bs a couple of years back.(Guy nearly died)
Dosen't change the fact that Naz's style is all wrong for a speedy swarmer like Pac. Pac would have some success but he'd be eating so many hellacious shots in return he'd end up getting stopped in 5-6 rounds. This is one of the few fights where Pac would actually be outgunned imo.

pac style always had barrera's number. the blue print to beating pac was to box him, as shown by jmm. morales also smartly boxed pac from the outside and only brawled in spots. morales himseld almost got into trouble in the 12th when he decided to stand and trade. hamed would'nt have been able to out box pac. you guys act like pac is'nt a banger. at 122-126 he could punch like a mule. with straighter punches thrown in volume, he would have the wide punching/no defence having clown hamed eating through a straw. imo the "hamed catches pac on the way in" argument does'nt hold water. hamed would be facing a guy coming for his blood who hit very hard, very fast. do you have any idea how hard timing a guy like that is? even a guy who had great timing like marquez could'nt figure him out right away, and hamed could?? pac smothers him with pressure. in this puncher vs. puncher scenario the guy with the better delivery system of throwing bombs would take it, and pacquiao with his fast hands/ volume/ straight punches would have won TKO. i'm not saying hamed is a no hoper, he certainly has a punchers chance. but to make him the favorite? no.

Pac nuthuggers r by far the worst, no point debating with them. You cant just stand infront of naz and trade with him, you'll get knocked the **** out. Pac is a swarmer not a devastating puncher. When has he fought anyone near the ko power of naz?

Also alot of the pac fans seem to forget that naz has a better chin than pac as well.

It was just funny that is ring entrances lasted longer than some of his fights. PBF needs to take notes on how to enter the ring, because he did the same coming on a majic carpet, but unlike naz he had someone carrying not like naz coming from the celing.

I did say at the beginning that it might have been done but I wanted to get other peoples perspective on it. So Cooke who would your money be on.

Actually, I'm very suprised that it was that close considering what they've actually achieved in their respective careers

That poll was close and rightly so. People may assume as MAB beat Naz and PAC beat MAB that PAC would win, but as the more intelligent enthusiast would know, styles make fights!

Pacs style could well get him into trouble against a monstrous puncher like Hamed. Manny doesnt have the boxing smarts of Barrera, which is what beat Naz at that point in his career.

However Pacs aggressive style, workrate and pure toughness could push Naz into a brawl he does not want to be in, make him rush his ideas a bit and make him lose his legs, which happened a lot with Naz!

Prime for prime this is 50-50 going in, ill sit on the fence and say both COULD win, but if a KO was on the cards it would be Naseem Hamed who scores it.
