If Pacquiao had bigger PPV sales you'd just be saying "Pacquiao is more popular and has more loyal fans!"

but he doesn't so you just have to find some way to discredit Floyd and his fans

I expected about 300k it was a garbage card with a garbage Main Event. Anyone that expected much more than 300k is an idiot.

Yeah, key for Top Rank Promotions.

But it sucks for a 35 year old Pacquiao's leverage at the negotiating table for his last potential megafight (Mayweather).

But Manny can only blame himself for allowing Arum to continually build up and line Top Rank's pockets while giving Manny payday loans and funny money.

PAC fans love to say Mayweather ppv have dropped and keep saying the maidana 2 fight did 700k when in reality it did 925k so it goes both ways man. When pacs ppv is **** all of a sudden only *****'s care about ppv numbers.

I knew this would happen as soon as they announced the fight. Poor Pac. Arum is not looking out for his best interest at all. This is an example of Arum looking past Pac and trying to make himself more money in an overseas market. Can't say I blame him, but Pac should. Too bad for Pac's negotiation power going up against Mayflower. Maybe he'll get a years supply of shampoo if he's lucky.

If the growth of the Macau scene was the key, why was the fight scheduled at a time more convenient to American PPV buys? :huh

It was expected to be low. Roach and Pac knew this, everyone did. It doesn't matter what Floyd thinks. All he knows is that he need Pac to even compete with a May 2nd date against Cotto and Canelo. Are some of you fools forgetting this?

US TV money is a bonus and fights in Asia are often at a peculiar time. Not sure if you've ever seen many live fights from that part of the world but Thai cards are early afternoon, Japanese cards begin at any point from early afternoon to late evening.

That fight hasn't been made yet dummy. Pac needs Floyd more then Floyd needs Pac. Pac is becoming irrelevant in the US.

And this one was on at 6 AM, a time well outside the ranges you just cited. US TV money wasn't a bonus but as much of a key as the site fee, and that's why the fight took place at a time conducive to buys.

We already knew this was going to be the case as soon as the fight was announced. 250K is about what I expected.
