    lost mine years back but at least everyone respects your opinion. i see it being close, pac probably edging him, slight possibility of him getting him out if he strikes early and fast.

    I am an avowed Berto Hater until this Hype job getting all the breaks starts taking the same challenges every other Welter has to.

    Well, Roach said he wants an interim fight for Manny so this would be perfect IMO. Problem is though, Roach would want it at a catchweight which is b.s. If Pac is gonna be fighting @ welter, he needs to be fighting at that weight; not asking guys to meet him at 143lbs. or wherever.

    well, berto is somewhat small for a welter and came in at 145 against collazo so i dont think it should be that much of a stumbling block in the negotiations. i think hed be a great warm up for the current welter line up if pac wins.

    actually, Berto is a big welter, he weighs 160 on fight night, and he has faster hands then Pac......

    but he can't use them like Pac can, so i take Pac KO

    Arum will NEVER enter into negotiations with a fighter not controlled by Top Rank because that fighter might ask for drug testing. If he does? Pac's ship will be sunk. Especially with dodging more than one fighter asking for testing.

    Berto or any other non Top Rank fighter aren't getting a shot. Check the Boxing Wire and see who signs to TR? There is your opponent.
