    for pac's belts...assuming bradley does well w/DA...thoughts?

Now, I am not saying it's a 50/50 fight, but would be nice to see pac in the ring with a guy who can move, and is on the better side of 30

(why 145? if it was good enough for pac to ask cotto for 145, then this seems reasonable, being that bradley has only had one fight at 147, and is a more natuarl JrWW...what's good for the goose and all that)

I would love to see that fight. But arum won't agree with me, that mofo wants money, he would choose the more economical fighters in the form of: Berto or Mosley first. :(

all too true...but i don't think it would sell less than berto

they can push the undefeated american thing and bradley would just be getting off a big win

I think 140-143 would be better remember these guys are from the 140 division...

Roach and Ariza say they overfeed pac in the day and night to make him come in at 144 so its doable

I'll say this...even though I've posted before that I'd heavily favor Pacquiao, Bradley's still one of the best fights left out there for him if the Mayweather fight can't get made. Facing an improving, prime, unbeaten titlist his own size is much more appealing to me than going through an old Mosley or a Cotto rematch.

As for the fight itself, I think Bradley's heart and recuperative abilities would lead to him absorb a hell of a beating, and I don't think he's got the power to keep Pac off of him. Bradley's a solid all-around fighter who knows how to adjust, but he'd be outgunned against what Pac brings to the table. Too much speed, too much accuracy, too good of timing. Bradley's never faced anyone who can get set and punch with power as quick as Pac can, and that'd be his undoing.

yeah, i would heavily favor pac...but he is the p4p #1 right? and yes, i would much rather see this than mosley or cotto or some other drained guy at the tail end of things

Why not at 140?? That's where they are both at their best.

Dude I know you are very knowledgable but you have to admit Bradley looked like a good journeyman at welter. He cannot fight a lick past 140 because of his height and build. going from 140 to 145 even is a lot for welters and below.

yeah, i would prefer at 140...but being that pac may not make that move down (only fight jmm at 147) i went with 145

140 he is a tremendous fighter. absolutely tremendous. A lick above would be not doing justice to his career even though right now the big $ fights are higher. He just has the wrong frame for the weight jumps.

No power is not the right recipe for fighting Pac.

Why do you hate Bradley so much! This fight could destroy his career when they are supposed to be the next crop of fighters after the Mayweather, Pacquiao, Martinez retires (around 1-2 years from now).

You might be slick but eventually you have to eat leather. And there is no way that Bradley could avoid for 12 rounds Pac punches. Bradley does not have power or size to make Pac wary. He is smaller than Pac, not faster than Pac, definitely not stronger. What advantage does he have?

Competitive fight for the first half. Bradley will be slaughtered by 8 or 9 round
