Terence most likely can't generate enough money for promoters to book Pacman. Pacman is far more bigger huge name in boxing than Crawford and Spence Jr. together with Loma and Lopez taken. If Terence had fought Spence Jr. and beated him up impressively, then in impressive manner had beated up some next boxer, he could had generate more money.
