PAC Vs CHICO CORRALES@135...whats this fight look like???

Well I have to concede that Chico is too big at 135. And Pac is yet to fight at that weight. I'll probably have a new take at this match-up should Pac be successful at 135. But right now, it's Corrales. and it's not pretty.

At 130 though, it's a different story.

 

Chico was waaaay too big at 135. It would've been a massacre.

No, but apparently, EM and Solis both have good knockout rates too, 70% for EM and 71% for Solis, but not as good as chico with 82%. If PAC can handle guys bigger than him and with a good KO rate, he may have a chance at chico. PAC has an 80% ko rate and he maybe too small for chico, but with his vastly improved skills and lateral movements, he may have a chance at LW division if given a chance.

Please explain. How do you think he would have achieved that? Do you think Pac could have won a decission? If so please explain.

 

Corrales takes Pac!

 

Corrales is/was listed at 5'-10 1/2. Pac had a bad time (adjustment or whatever) against Solis. Pac said right after the fight against Solis, that he had problems becuse of Solis' height.

Solis is not even 1/2 the quality of fighter that Corrales was.....am I right? ... so you tell me how Pac is going to KO Corrales.... Do you think he will KO Corrales just because he is somehow faster? :huh

 

Pac's power is unproven at 135. You can make your arguments if they fought at 130, but bottom line is Chico's power is proven at 135 while Pac's isn't. Pac's chin might not hold up at 135, or he might lose some of his speed.

Until Pac steps up to LW, Chico is the more proven fighter, and that's why I'd choose Chico over Pac.

No big deal. I'd take Chico over Pac at 130 as well, but you make some valid points.

 

I respect Chico as a fighter, as he never gave less than 100% of himself in any fight and always was a crowd pleaser.

As a person, I have less respect for him, since he was very reckless. But him as a person and fighter are what shaped him as a whole. So you can't have it both ways, he was a hell of a fighter with personal demons.

 

Chico stops him in the mid rounds. Manny loves to trade and Chico hits too hard, has great combos, and too much size/reach. Manny get a few shots in and may hurt Corrales but Chico has too much heart to get the upset pulled on him.

 

Off topic, but is it possible to put a Suzuki GSX and mix it with a tricycle in the philippines? has it ever been done?
