Pac vs. Clottey on March 20

Mike Koncz should keep to cleaning Mannys pool like Freddie Roach said. Clottey is also a tough tough fight for Manny. They would be fools to take anything other than the Mayweather fight.

Either way, agree with Relentless. He is not slow. He is a tough SOB, risky fight for Pac for sure. Solid skills in all areas.

 

manny will beat clotty but in a war. he ll win- but it ll take something out of him- as they all will. mannys best chance to beat floyd is now, not later. hes in his prime now. this sucks- just talking about this fight is depressing.

 

Pacquiao should fight Clottey, then the winner of Mosley v Berto then call it a day, **** Mayweather.

 

At least you can't complain about pac fighting creampuffs and glorified tune ups.

What would your reaction if they announced pac were to fight malignaggi or valero, with them coming up in weight for pac????

If the mayweather fight is indeed off, the only other fight that I want to see pac in, other than clottey, is against bradley!!!

 

Clottey will ***** about the money as he did every time in the last 2 years and fight wont happen.

what would the point be in this fight? clottey doesnt have a title. Pac just beat cotto who beat clottey (i know it was close but still). Tough fight for little reward.

 

Clottey is a game fighter, but Pacquaio will murder him. This is something of a mis-match.

 

Clottey is a big strong fast fighter with very tight defense and nice combinations. He will give Manny hell for 12 rounds. Dont see a stoppage here. Unless Manny pulls some 145 cant gain 2 pounds overnight dehydration crap Clottey will come in at 165 to 170 and be nearly 30 pounds heavier. Now I dont ususally think the big man always wins but Manny has not fought anybody that much bigger he fought a drained shot Oscar and a limited 145 and 147 night of fight Cotto. This is going to be a big test and if he wins I give him alot of credit. So glad he is not fighting Foreman

I'ld support this fight even though it's not the biggest... he might as well try to clean house in WW before he retires... probably should try to fight winner of SSM/Berto if no possible chance of landing a PBF fight...
